Charitable Giving

Great Communities are bigger than themselves.

Creating that special sense of place also means providing financial resources and volunteering time within our communities to ensure everyone has an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Oakwood Homes, its associates, and trade partners are all committed to giving something back to those who need our support. Annually Oakwood Charities contributes to 50 different organizations.

Charitable Giving Recipients

	Boys & Girls Clubs/Home For Good Oakwood Homes, the Denver Broncos Football Organization and their trade partners came together and donated a home valued at approximately $500,000 to the Denver Metro Boys & Girls Clubs. After a successful fundraiser, one lucky winner of the home was announced at a Denver Broncos home game in December 2005.
	University of Denver Practicum For over 10 years, Oakwood Homes has partnered with DU’s School of Real Estate and Construction Management in a program that actively engages students in design and construction of an Oakwood Home. Proceeds from the sale of the home go to support DU and other local charities.
