Green Valley Ranch Shared Facility Complex – Oakwood Homes, in partnership with Denver Public Schools, the City and County of Denver, the Town Center Metro District, and Edison Schools, played an active role in the master planning, design and development of a nationally recognized set of facilities including a K-8 Charter School, GVR Recreation Center, Town Center Amphitheater, and future 22-acre regional park.  This project received Denver Regional Council of Governments Award for innovative public/private partnership in 2005.
